Introduction
stilbene glycoside, also known as stilbene polyphenols, belongs to polyhydroxystilbene compounds (polyhydrostilbenes) and widely exists in moss and advanced plants. Stilbene glycoside has been identified as a phytoalexin, which is produced by plants under unfavorable conditions such as fungal infection, ultraviolet radiation, and mechanical damage. Studies have found that stilbene glycosides have a variety of physiological activities and medicinal values, and have shown functionality in lowering blood lipids, anti-aging, and inhibiting, which highlights its important research and development value in today's aging society.
biological activity
2,3,4 ', 5-tetrahydroxystibilbene 2-O-D-glucoside is isolated from the roots of Polygonum species and can inhibit the formation of 5-HETE, HHT and thromboxane B2.
